coldnest automates actions on your Instagram account. Automated activity may violate Instagram's Terms of Use. Instagram may detect it and restrict, suspend, shadowban, or permanently disable your account. You use coldnest entirely at your own risk. We do not guarantee deliverability, results, or that your account will remain in good standing, and we are not liable for any loss of access, reach, followers, or revenue.
You may not use coldnest to send spam, harass, deceive, or contact people unlawfully, nor to promote illegal goods or services. You are responsible for the content of your messages and for complying with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and privacy regulations.
coldnest never asks for or stores your Instagram password. The browser extension operates using the Instagram session already present in your own browser, on your own machine.
The service is provided "as is," without warranty. We may change or suspend it at any time. Credits are consumed per send (1 for a template send, 2 for an AI-personalized send) and are non-refundable once used. We may decline or refund a purchase at our discretion.
